What international clients ask
Do you work with clients outside the Czech Republic?
Yes. We work in English, in Central European Time, and almost everything is done remotely. We are happy to travel for a kick-off meeting when a project warrants it.
How do you handle contracts and invoicing across borders?
We are a Czech limited company (s.r.o.) and invoice within the EU as standard. Contracts can be in Czech or English.
Where is our data stored?
Inside the EU by default — typically Frankfurt. Where the product allows it, we keep data entirely on the client's own machines instead.
Can you take over a project from another vendor?
Yes. We start with an audit of what exists and tell you honestly whether to build on it or replace it. Both answers happen.
